DADA acts as a pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase inhibitor which allows the body to convert pyruvate into acetyl CoA at a higher rate. It also has magnesium and thiamine ions. Magnesium aids in creatine recycling directly, and thiamine is a great methyl donor for glycolysis. This increases the recycling of ATP for glycolytic exercise.
